Extremely poor customer service
I ordered a razor for my husband and never got it. It shipped UPS and then was turned over to SmartPost. I got an email that it was delivered to the "mailroom", so that must be USPS. Anyway, after 5 phone calls and 3 emails and 2 months, I contacted my Credit Card Co and filed a dispute. I will not buy anything from this website!
