Horrible customer service and shipping misrepresented
Horrible customer service and misrepresentation on their website for shipping. Website says 2-3 days free shipping. Have been waiting almost 10 days. They say UPS but it's actually UPS + USPS so no guarantee of when it will be delivered nor is it tracked. When I asked customer service they said 10 days shipping--so completely misrepresented. I should have just used Amazon for a few dollars more and gotten it the next day. Would not recommend

Super easy site
fast simple checkout. Very easy site to navigate. Unfortunately they used UPS-MI to ship the SD card. The card was for my Garmin GPS and we were leaving in a week. UPS-MI moved it from NY on Monday to Kansas City by Friday then handed the package off to USPS. We left on Wednesday, 10 days after the order was sent, without the card. :-(
