In July of 2021, I ordered a mattress (after speaking with someone at Factory Outlet, first, to verify that I was getting a two-sided mattress). In September, I was notified that the mattress had been damaged in transit and they would have to make another mattress, so they cancelled that order and created a new order, offering me $50 off for the inconvenience. I was then contacted that they were going to deliver the damaged mattress, which I also had to cancel. Long story short, They delivered the mattress today (10/11/2021) and it was a one-sided mattress....not at all what I ordered. I refused the delivery and called the factory direct, to be told by one Iven, that they do not make two-sided mattresses and wanted to know to whom I had spoken (back as far as July- I have NO idea) so they charged me $150 for the cancellation. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were all on break and would be telling me the same thing. It was not my fault that the employee I spoke to originally, did not know his merchandise and I am outraged at what I have been put through, not to mention being charged $150 for their mistake. I would encourage anyone considering buying a mattress online, to avoid theses people like the plague; they are little more than a scam.

I ordered a Motorola 7 phone with "expedited" handling. It took 10 days to arrive and I tracked the package traveling all over the country, logging about 2,000 miles for what should have been a 900 mile journey. Then I found out that the charger they sent me did not fit, and they would not replace it after several phone calls. I had to get my own charger, I would not purchase from them again.

Ordered additional handsets. Not clear if they come with batteries.

Ordered 3 batteries for my dog collar, plus the 2 year protection warranty. One battery worked about 2 weeks, so I attempted to return it, but this company referred me to the insurance (protection plan) and the insurance company referred me back to the manufacturer. Catch 22 for the customer (me in this case) with no resolution other than to contact the manufacturer. I call a 3-way scam alert on this after being jerked around and left with a defective product sold by factory outlet store.
