Order shipped 30 Sept
Order shipped 30 Sept. by UPS, supposed delivery 5 Oct. by USPS. Still not delivered today, 14 Oct. Factory Outlet is paid and absolute no help to locate order. Response from Factory Outlet, if not received by 21 Oct. will issue refund or resend. That would be more than a month to ship from NY to DE. Not acceptable.
