Very easy to find the battery and purchase quickly

Excellent service and representatives. Called to check on an order I thought I had placed. the rep pulled records from an old older from years back. I appreciate good record keeping. I had not completed my current order on line, My Error. With the reps help I went back on line and completed my order. I know I will recieve it in a few days. Peter.

Factory Outlet has what I want, when I want it virtually every time I order on their wensite. I have never required a return.

You make it so Damn hard to find a repair station, You pay $300. for the top of the line shaver a cleaning station. and the damn state button falls out. then you have to jump through so many hoops. to find a repair station, I got Pissed off and ordered a new cleaning station. why don't you just advertise a list of service stations. and let us deal with them direct. weather hang on the Damn phone for 40 min. Another thing I don't like about your series 9 shaver is you have to replace the cutter foil about every 2 mo. should last for about a year like your older models. Your shaver Series 9 is an Excellent product. Everything elce is a piece of Stink.

I will change this rating if I receive it in 3 to 5 days as stated on your site. The other one I got took nine days to get here. So, I said I would change this review. Added one star and even the they called me twice, it was a day late. Yes, they use Fedex Smartpost and it just sat around for USPS to finish the delivery. Didn't happen so Fedex delivered it themselves on Sat. They need to get rid of SmartPost. They are just trying to save money instead of satisfying customers. Or they need to change their delivery times.
