Kane was outstanding
Kane was outstanding. I was asking questions about a Jabra phone and he researched my questions, within 2 min or so was back with the model of phone I really needed for what I wanted. I asked a few additional questions about the model and what was included, what additional product I would need...he did not try and sell me things I didn't need, was very professional - you are very fortunate to have an employee with such a knack with customer service - it is priceless these days Thank you, Lisa
