BEWARE - Horrible Customer Service
EDIT - 11.30.2021 - After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company. They are shipping me the missing pieces. Once I have an operational headset, I will follow up with another edit to this review. I ordered a headset 10.13.21. It arrived on time, but did not work. After my company helpdesk and the manufacturer both agreed it was broken, I paid out of pocket to return it and selected the option of getting a different product. Instead, they sent me the same product, but pieces were missing. After 3 attempts there is no resolution yet. Today is 11.29.21 and I still do not have a working headset.

It was not straightforward picking replacement heads: the # I chose didn't match the # that showed up in the cart. I tried several times. Hope I got it right. Happy Holidays! Love this toothbrush so much buying one for my sweetie.
