Was nice to find these relatively hard to locate items. I like the return policy, just in case something doesn't fit my item.

Great service on the products I have ordered.

UPDATE 24/03/2022 - The series of emails and telephone conversation I've had with this company has been a surreal experience for me. Again, they have repeated in their response that they have no record of my having emailed them about the issue. This despite my having forwarded the email conversation to them as evidence that we had been in communication. They have never acknowledged that fact in any of their replies to me. I could go on but I prefer to leave it there. The good news for me is that Garmin themselves have come to my rescue and provided me with an upgraded version of my Sat Nav. Now that is service! END OF UPDATE I bought a refurbished Garmin Drivesmart 50 from this lot. All went well with the order and delivery side of the deal but when I needed to report a fault after using it for the first time, it was as if the company had shut down! I received two seemingly automated emails from them, one of them requesting information I'd already provided and then I never heard from them again. So, the question is would you risk buying from them in case the goods are faulty? I certainly won't again.

Adam in customer service was very helpful in giving me the correct model number, now need to wait to see it it installs as easily as described.
