shipping unreasonable
i like pet safe products but $60.00 for shipping is a rip off when total weight is less than a pound.

No need for offensive words
No need for offensive words. The customer service tech was right there to help expedite the sale, kind of anticipated my next move and put me where i should be. As a matter of fact, in the process of the purchase, I remembered that I did have a charger that would work on this razor but I purchased it anyway to complete both razors. Thank you for your help.
