Updated. I ordered a Barcolounger on 5/19. I have called many times to check on where my product is, no one can tell me and now they are blaming the delay on FedEx. I put in the tracking number and it is not in FedEx system. Factory Outlet Store had NO problem taking my money but they will not take responsibility in getting me my product. Gary has seemingly tried but so far failed in his promises. Ordered on 5/19 and now it will be a minimum of 6/7 before I possibly see this chair. Although the chair finally arrived after many calls, they did not honor the $80 off they promised for their mistakes. Milan was the one who escalated my case to a manager. Thank you, Milan. Now please honor the discount you promised. I’ll be waiting. Ordered 5/19, delivery 6/8. Not exactly the 3-5 days promised on their site.
