Good service and the product is excellent!
I got a request to rate my experience before I got my new battery so I couldn't really review it completely till I found out how quickly the battery came and if it worked. But now I have received the battery very quickly! And it works! So I am very pleased with the service and the product. Also, they followed up to be sure everything with my order was handled well. I really appreciated their personal support. Thank you!

Avoid FactoryOutletStore.com. I don’t know if I trust this Trustpilot either as, check now after the fact, most review sites are pretty negative about this outfit. Bought a refurb TomTom and it did go past the 90 day warranty. But they wouldn’t work with me at all when it stopped working shortly after that and it stopped acquiring any satellites at all. Totally locked up. They just referred me to the manufacturer. I wouldn’t buy from them again as most places would work with you and take it back and send you another refurb device. If they won’t be somewhat flexible on returns, just shop somewhere else.
