no problems, easy to accomplish

Only ordered the product so far. Therefore I have not had any experience per se. I would like to suggest a recycling program for old or broken headsets (this is my 6th plantronic headset). Thank you.

I needed to order a new telephone because I lost one. Sebastian helped me and we got it ordered in less than 10 minutes.

I ordered a trolling motor and all associated hardware the first week of March and was told that it would be in stock within 45 days. They shipped me one of the components and then kept back ordering the actual trolling motor. I tried to return the part they sent and they argued with me that it was past the return window. I did get a refund after they”made an exception “. Now it’s going on 90 days and all I have is a bunch of emails telling me it’s still on back order. What a waste of time this company has been! Factory Outlet Stores contacted me after this review and promised me the trolling motor on July 27th. Instead I got another email informing me that it is still out of stock! More empty promises!!!

I tried ordering through the phone was told I could use a check, just give them the routing number and account number, they called back to get the information and then said they could not process it that way. the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing or saying there. I do want the product so I went back online and used a debit card, which I preferred not to do. Update, they did call back to make sure i was able to place the order and that i had received it
