Had a bit of time to “page” through the manual and it is complete, and comparable to manufacturers’ official manuals. The manual also includes wiring diagrams and connector locations many times this requires a separate document. So now when you break it, because you didn’t read first, you can look up how to fix what you broke.

At first I thought they only sell manuals for US vehicles but I asked and they supplied a manual for my European spec 2025 Audi RS5. OEM manual at a very reasonable price.

After review of manual I have come to the conclusion that the information is repetitive and incomplete. It looks like they copied information off of the internet and just kept pasting on as word document. It is not an OEM manual as advertised. It is useless to me. Therefore according to their refund policy I asked for a full refund of my money ASAP, They refused to honor the policy. This is a scam.

I wrote them several times in regard to the operation of the manual and they were very attentive and cordial in all their responses, which were very much immediately after I contact them. Chris Winfrey was the one sending the responses but in their last one he mentioned the name of Alan as the one that help me. On August 20th I wrote a review about factorymanual.com. I needed manuals for a 1988 Ford F250 and 1998 Lincoln. Both were available and the payment process was easy through Paypal. The downloading process for both manuals was straightforward and without issue. I did have a problem with one of the manuals and sent an email and within 24 hrs received a response. A new download was made available that resolved my problem and I was able to access the manual. My download may have been corrupted due to the service I am using but the second download was fine. Appreciate the fast response from the seller and will continue to use them for future needs.
