Terrible experience trying to see any part of what they claim is a pdf version, then being told for another $19.99 I could see the web version. Working with customer service was just a lot of stonewalling. Advertising is very misleading, 180 day refund is only if you don’t open the product. So once you open it and found it was no good, too late to get refund. Dishonest, stay away, far away.

The manual contains everything I need to work on my vehicle. Nothing was left out. Every nut and bolt from front to back, and top to bottom was there.

I received a download of a factory service and repair manual from this company that would not properly load and access the document, order#10042. I contacted their support site and advised them of the problem. Within an hour I had a response from a real representative asking what the problem was and what I was trying to access. over several e-mails and a period of two days their support department found out what the issue was on both ends and modified their system and the program so that it would work properly for me with the systems that I had. This took a lot of their Time, Technical knowledge and a sincere desire to provide the full and correct product to their customer that they had promised. The honesty and extended time and effort that the company spent to make sure that The product worked and that I was able to properly use it was exceptional. This was above and beyond what I have ever seen with any product I have ever ordered on line and deserves recognition for exceptional customer service.
