I received a download of a factory service and repair manual from this company that would not properly load and access the document, order#10042. I contacted their support site and advised them of the problem. Within an hour I had a response from a real representative asking what the problem was and what I was trying to access. over several e-mails and a period of two days their support department found out what the issue was on both ends and modified their system and the program so that it would work properly for me with the systems that I had. This took a lot of their Time, Technical knowledge and a sincere desire to provide the full and correct product to their customer that they had promised. Had a bit of time to “page” through the manual and it is complete, and comparable to manufacturers’ official manuals. The manual also includes wiring diagrams and connector locations many times this requires a separate document. So now when you break it, because you didn’t read first, you can look up how to fix what you broke.
