I have been with Faceyogamethod since 2017
I have been with Faceyogamethod since 2017.I took my Teacher certification 2021. A long time and I must say I love , really love, this company. Always giving so much of knowledge, in a good manner. I have always a been a happy receiver of Fumiko Takatsu knowledge and never dissapointed of anything ,during this years. They always solve every issue and also give fare more than they charge for! High etik and moral is a lead star for this company.Helping people trug hard times and always friendly. I'm greatful for all that Fumiko and Co. done for me and my life. I love the principle to learn people to do and be able to say;" I can do it myself now!" What a wonderful Empowerment working here !!!! Most people talk about empowerment as a word, here in FYM they put it into action! I love empowerment as a word and make it happen, that is magic. Thank's to Fumiko and Maria and all the other in the company.Thank you so much!

Fabulous customer service!
To me what makes a great company is the whole package; obviously, the first I am going to look at is the quality of what they are offering although, without a good customer service, the experience can be spoiled completely.
When I reached for help to The Face Yoga Method the answer was within hours the same day solving the issue inmediately, I was over the moon, to be honest, so impressed.
Thank you very much

Great and professional support services
The pack of exercises I purchased are for unlimited usage. As a person working long hours, it allows me to practice whenever it fits me.
Recently the old site has been switched to a new platform. I had some issues with switching accounts as my old email was locked due to the lack of activity. I addressed the support center of the platform for a help. I was sure I won’t be able to renew my access to the package, but the issue was solved quickly by the support representative. Esraa was very nice and very professional. I have got prompt and effective help, and now I am back practicing.

It’s wonderful to know that having lifetime access gives you the flexibility you need, that’s exactly why we designed it that way. And thank you for your kind words about Esraa! We'll be sure to pass them along to her, she’ll be thrilled to know she was able to help you so quickly and professionally.
We’re so glad to have you with us and truly appreciate your continued support.
