I've been using the program for almost a year now and really I see a very big difference on my face and people in the street smile at me a lot more. I do the exercises twice a day, and I know I won't stop, it makes us more attentive to our posture too. in my case, I had an injury for 14 years in my right shoulder and it helped me to be more conscious that often I lifted my shoulders. I recommend this program!!

I recently purchased the monthly membership from the Face Yoga Method. The quality of the live classes is outstanding. Tina and Fumiko are so generous with their time and knowledge and so many questions were answered. I have taken my practice further than I anticipated with the live classes. There was a glitch with getting my login information to work but the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Katt for being so patient and thorough with your help.
