This company and their people are amazing! I signed up for the 5 day challenge, but was unable to take part in it because I caught one of the worst viral infections I've ever had (not COVID!) and literally coughed my way through every day and night. I won't go into all the detail of what happened step by step, but Auris was so, so incredibly helpful, understanding, empathetic and kind. She sent me such a lovely, kind and helpful email and immediately refunded a payment I'd made unintentionally. What an empathetic, professional, amazing organisation. I've had such a rubbish 3 weeks but their kindness and professionalism has totally brightened my day and highlighted the best in compassion and excellent customer service. Thank you so, so much. xxx

My experience of this company is that it is very much customer focused. I had been in touch to ask for a refund due to my health issues… I received emails from Silvina, she helped through the process and was very professional and kind throughout.

I've been subscribed to their Mastery program for almost a year. I wasn't very consistent with my face yoga practice when I joined. But the live classes and catching up with the replays.. game changer for me! They taught me it's not about hours but minutes in my day to practice. And the teachers are so lovely ! Huge fan of Tina, Naomi and Fumiko of course. Thank you Airis for being so helpful when I send emails.

Face Yoga Method transformed my face for brighter and my life has been given new direction and purpose.I felt supported all along the way and having regular workshops motivated me to stay put and keep going. It was lot of amount of studies but I felt excited and happy and was very excited to learn more insights and details from Fumiko. Thank you so much. I wish to keep learning more and more.

The TCC journey was a busy, challenging, yet amazing one! I was surprised by how thorough, and professional the course was. It's full of important theory and what that looks like in the practical world. I learned lots of new things! Not only science, and poses, but about my own body and how everything is interconnected, which was my biggest takeaway. Fumiko is very knowledgeable, patient and kind, and the TCC coaches are proof of how much dedication she puts to teaching and her program. They are all super knowledgeable and kind and clear teachers. My only suggestion would be to actually spread the course so it lasts longer than the current five months. There is so much to learn that it can be quite challenging if you have a full time job. The information is so good that I would have loved to have more time to devote to absorbe each piece of it! Supper happy with my new certification! <3

Fumiko‘s joyful and precise exercises really make a difference. It is so interesting to get to know all those muscles in our face, to become aware of old habits and start to change them for the better. What a great experience! Full of surprises and discoveries. Thank you so much.

V helpful and friendly staff who helped me with my mastery query. I love being on the Mastery program- especially the live sessions with all the excellent teachers. You can ask questions and get first hand feedback. I really enjoy being part of a v. supportive online community. For me personally I am really glad I signed up!
