I have been with the Face Yoga Method for several months now and Fumiko and the other instructors and support people are so consistent in the way they care about us and respond so quickly to questions. I really like that the poses make a difference in how our faces look and how we feel.

Wonderful customer support! I emailed a couple of questions and Silvina answered all of them in detail. I appreciate her help and patience very much. I look forward to practicing my FaceYoga movements.

The team at the Face Yoga Method DO care. They care about the courses, they care about the utterly amazing teaching but most of all they care about you! - the consumers of this product. I have followed the face yoga method for some time now and have bought most of the programme's. The next step for me at some point will be the Teacher Certification. I love watching Fumiko and Maria create the magic. You DO feel part of a movement, a tribe, a positive influence for aging (or not!) because the exercises DO absolutely work! There is other great stuff for changing your mindset and physical overall wellbeing. It has everything. I LOVE this movement and am very happy that I found it :)

I am so happy that I have found the beautiful community of the Face Yoga Method. Positivity, self love and care, healthy mindset about physical appearance is what I have experienced in all my encounters with the Face Yoga Method, from coaches to customer care specialists. I can clearly see that the team truly cares about and is passionate about their work, I am grateful for their warmth, dedication and support. They will always spend the time to answer all your questions in a friendly and detailed way, they will provide you with the information you need and they will remind you to listen to your body and prioritize its needs which, in my opinion, is something precious. The Face Yoga Method is a high quality and effective way to not only invest in yourself but to also connect with yourself, to learn so much about how your body and muscles work, and to get inspired about how much you are actually capable of. I am impressed by the highly professional and knowledgeable team that is also sincerely caring, supportive and kind! I am truly grateful for and happy about my experience after contacting them with a question I had - I received a very quick response, rich in information, precisely explaining what I needed to know, full of warmth, positivity, healthy attitude towards my face yoga journey, and kindness from lovely Airis Bulido 😊 Thank you Face Yoga Method, keep working from the heart!
