I ordered this tubing mascara based on my sister’s recommendation after trying several known brands that all would flake under my eyes. Tubing mascara is the only mascara that doesn’t damage my lashes. When I received the Everlove rather than the Iron wand 2.0 I reached out via email and Ray was so helpful and communicated back within a day and got the order corrected so I could get the correct one. I was concerned after seeing other reviews that said they couldn’t get customer support but that was not my experience. I have aging lashes and this is the first tubing mascara that stayed put until I removed it with warm water. Great product!

I placed an order for their Mascara, and was confused about shipping. Pauline responded quickly, and was so nice! I explained it wanted to use the Mascara, before I subscribe.
