Yes, they are scammers. I did receive a flying spinner (after around 6 weeks) but it does not work. Refund requested but they have refused to refund, replace or return. Dispute raised with PayPal.

DO NOT USE!!!! Ordered 2 items costing £27 both arrived broken. They asked for a video showing problems. I sent this and the response was “With some simple procedures it can work as normal”These are childrens toys and it’s an electrical problem!!!! Have sent numerous emails but just keep getting the same response. Wish I could minus 10 stars 🤔. Please please avoid this scam company. Since writing this I have contacted pay pal as I paid through them. They contacted the company and got the response that if I returned them they will give a full refund. It had cost me £12 to return via Royal Mail. I know this is pricey but on principle I was not letting them get away with scamming people. Watch this space to see if refund materialises. UPDATE….. Today I received a full refund from PayPal!!!!!’ It has taken a while to happen but THANK YOU PayPal for realising what a scam company they are.

Received my item damaged and I sent their customer services a video showing the item not working. The item cost £17 and they offered me a $5 refund. The item is completely useless to me and they’re offering less than 1 third of a refund. The alternative is for me to pay to return it to China. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company

Eventually received what i ordered in Nov for Christmas gifts today. One has arrived damaged, have emailed the company although not got much hope of getting my money back.

I’ve posted this on their site and unsurprisingly it’s not been published. For what it’s worth my orbs turned up but wish they hadn’t… I’m very surprised to see so many positive reviews (on their own site). Either we were very unlucky or these are made up… Ordered 3 for the nephews for Christmas. Within 3 minutes the first one broke with the cogs between the motor and blades coming apart inside. They are a cool idea but poorly made and incredibly flimsy/fragile. Even my 8 year old nephew said it looked like ‘a cheap one’. After reading reviews elsewhere, others have had these catch on fire whilst charging. So after giving these as gifts we had to embarrassingly take them back and buy alternatives Contacted customer service with evidence of the faulty item, who offered me a replacement for the broken one. Given the fire hazard I asked for a refund on the whole order and was offered £3 compensation (25% cost of one orb). What a joke, please avoid this product it’s awful and potentially dangerous. These three will be going in the bin Avoid this product and business at all costs. Perhaps avoid buying from Facebook altogether

Scam. Same as every review on here. Ordered the same items on 16 November, and just received a stream of fake tracking codes. I've cancelled the card used and raised a fraud claim with my bank (who have indicated I will be refunded).

FAKE. Items arrived damaged 6 weeks later...and I'm told that I need to ship them back to China! Or I can accept $2 Do NOT order
