I recently purchased two of your mini cameras and going by your advert you could do wonderful things ie zoom in and zoom out, this does not happen. I also have just discovered I have to be in the vacinity of 2 meters for them to transmit to my phone. This is not what I wanted I was hoping to put a camera on my front door and back door when I go on holiday I could view them again very disappointed. All I want to do is return the product for a complete refund.

Shameful company. Present themselves on Facebook as UK sellers, it’s not - it’s China. FB comments are all spam and false. Dangerous products. Cheap and break. Awful customer service who refuse refunds. Also delivery takes over a month. Avoid at all costs!

Appalling company I bought flying drone balls as Christmas gifts for my grandson and nephew. Took seven weeks to arrive and too late for Christmas . they were sent half way round the world in a plastic bag with no packaging needless to say broken. This company were very unhelpful and after exchanging several emails where they expected me to repair them myself despite me telling them they were crushed they finally refused to give me a refund offering me £5 compensation as the best they could do . They totally ignore your consumer rights and in the end I gave up. Don’t buy from them they only want your money and aren’t bothered about giving you a decent service. I buy a lot online and I’ve never had a worse service

Terrible experience. Took 7 weeks to arrive and was not here in time for a Xmas present. It arrived with a completely damaged box. The ball was broken and had fallen in on itself. I charged it up but wouldn’t turn on. I emailed the company and they suggested taking part the electrics inside and try to fix myself. I feel bad as it will have to be chucked and bad for the environment

1 of 3 items arrived damaged and does not work as per advertisement. I have emailed and only get generic responses, they have requested a video to try and help but again no help just a generic email back. When I ask questions they are not answered. Goods ordered start of November, didn't arrive until 22nd December to my work which had finished for xmas break I did not get the parcel until i returned on the 5th January.

Ordered early Nov for Xmas presents. Each time I emailed a fake update on tracking was received! I received a refund for the postage, raised a claim with PayPal and hey presto got order today!! Badly packaged Damaged boxes, absolute disgrace!!

I wish I’d come here first. A complete scam. Just like others have mentioned. Ordered 2nd Dec, no refund as they say it’s sent. No update on the tracking since 30th Dec. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Avoid at all costs, bad products shipped direct from China with recourse if the product fails.
