I ordered all new dinner and glass ware for my new apartment and everything is absolutely beautiful. One of my items arrived broken and with a quick email, fable had a replacement shipped in the same day. My service was incredible. Will definitely be purchasing from fable again

I wanted the option to pick up from the store directly but the on-line ordering didn’t allow for that. I emailed Fable to ask if I could pick up the items. I received a very prompt reply and was connected with a sales associate from the store. Placed my order with them and within 2 hours had my pasta bowls! The in-store sales associate even offered to loan me their dolly to take the 2 boxes of bowls home ( I was walking). Great customer service. They made it very easy. AND - I LOVE my pasta bowls!

The quality of the products was definitely worth having to wait. I also appreciated the emails updating me on the wait time for new stock to arrive. I also contacted customer support to ask a brief question and received a prompt reply with the information that I asked for.

As soon as I get one item I’m looking for what to get next! Started with coffee mugs, then gold flatware, next was the wine glasses, then in to my living room with a rug and now the whiskey glasses! There aren’t many times I buy something and feel like I’m getting better quality than what I paid for, Fable has done that every time!

I have had fable for a few years now as my main dinnerware, and I couldn’t speak more highly of it. It’s hand crafted making every piece feel unique. The customer service is also amazing. They do a great job shipping with great protection and when it comes to ceramics, there is always a chance of breaks. I’ve had one shipment with a plate slightly cracked, I reached out their customer service and they handle it quickly and sent me a replacement immediately. Thans fable making the the process from purchasing to follow ups seamless and thank you for providing a high quality product!
