Customer service experience-excellent! Great service. Unfortunately the wine glasses themselves are branded on the base, so I won’t be purchasing any Fable glassware.

Product was back clearly back ordered and I accepted that it would be a couple weeks before shipping. I got an order confirmation and an update that the order label was created but no updates other than it's delayed. Email makerting and requests for reviews but no follow up on the status of my order from over a month ago, and two weeks behind promised date / order is on it's way email.

I placed my order several weeks ago with the intention of fully transitioning our home to Fable flatware. To date, I have only received approximately 40–50% of the order. What’s more concerning is the lack of clear, consistent communication regarding shipping timelines. The updates I’ve received have been vague, delayed, or in some cases simply not aligned with the actual status of the order. At this point, I have no reliable understanding of when the remainder of my order will arrive. For a company that positions itself around quality, transparency, and customer experience, this gap is significant and disappointing. I made a deliberate decision to invest in Fable as a complete solution for our home—not a piecemeal delivery with uncertainty attached. The current experience undermines that confidence. I need the following addressed promptly: - A clear, accurate status update on the remaining items - A firm and realistic delivery timeline - An explanation for the breakdown in communication I would strongly encourage your team to reassess how order fulfillment and customer updates are handled, as this experience does not reflect the brand promise conveyed in your messaging. Terrible experience. Do not order from Fable. Place an order in November of 2025. Received part of my order well beyond the estimated timeline. As of March 28, 2026 I still have not received my full order. Despite reaching out to the company over numerous separate occasions. At no point did Fable reach out to me on their own accord to update me. All responses were generic apologies not providing any real solutions or useful updates. The only “updates” are on some pre order update page buried in their website that doesn’t even have the product from when it was ordered half the time and constantly changing information. This company has had zero proactive solutions or accountability. They charge you when you place the order and take your money without delivery goods. Absolute false advertising misrepresenting delivery times and item availability. The only thing not false advertising is the company name, Fable, since everything they say is apparently a fictional story teaching me life lessons to not trust them.

We ordered £100 of glassware on 29 November. The order never arrived, and despite repeated follow ups, no explanation was provided, only shifting delivery dates. Our refund request was ignored, so we escalated via Amex and were refunded. Only then did Fable confirm they would process the refund. Looking at other reviews saying a similar thing, I would avoid this company.

Diabolical service. I actually think it’s a scam. I’m calling Amex today… Bought some glasses that never arrived. Multiple requests for information finally provided a tracking number showing item had been delivered — but not to me! Entered tracking number and postcode into Royal Mail tracking app and got error because that postcode and tracking number aren’t related!! I had bought the shipping insurance protection too and so registered a loss, but that was just referred back to Fable and despite their auto-reply saying they will respond within 48 hours nobody does. Avoid this seller.

I placed my order on 30 November 2025. Since then, the dispatch date on Fable’s website has changed multiple times. The latest stated date was 30 January, which has now passed, yet the order has still not shipped and there is no confirmed dispatch date. There has been no proactive communication about these delays. When I contacted them, I was told they could not provide a confirmed shipping timeline, and instead a small partial refund was issued, which does not resolve the situation. After more than two months, changing timelines and vague updates are not acceptable. I would strongly encourage others to research carefully before ordering, particularly if you expect clear delivery commitments and transparent communication.

We spent thousands of dollars with Fable to renew all of our dinnerware. On 2 November, 2.5 months ago, we decided to order a USD 500+ large rug from them, which was displayed as being available. The shipment has been delayed twice and we were last informed the item would be available from mid-January. As of today, it hasn't shipped yet, and we are now being fully ghosted by their customer service when asking for an update on the situation. Not sure what's happening with this company right now but it feels like it's falling appart... My advice to anyone else would be to stay away from it, I know we will as soon as we get our rug.
