Hello, We are sincerely sorry that you had a bad experience using our product. Where exactly did you try to us the card? Please note that Green cards can be used at merchants inside US only and that accept prepaid cards as a payment option. At the same time please pay attention that the card must be registered before using it. As for PP, PP will not accept an unregistered card or a card registered with the billing details different from those you have registered your PP account with. We would like to warn you about the payment ID posted here. Dear customer, please do not share your Payment ID publicly as it's the identifier of the payment, the number that only the owner (and not anybody else) can know and should possess.
