Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your personal review on our product. We are sincerely sorry you could not use the card as per your needs. We are afraid you might have got confused as, unfortunately, not all the services accept prepaid cards as a payment option (even via PP). It depends on their payment policy. At the same time please pay attention that the cards we offer cannot be used to load funds to PayPal or to withdraw funds from PayPal account. Otherwise the cards can be used for payments through PP.

Hello, Hello, we are sorry to hear about your unsuccessful experience. As we can see you have contacted our Support team regarding the card and have been given some recommendations concerning the use of your card. We would recommend to contact the websites in question to find out about whether they accept international prepaid cards or not. Also as it has been advised you can re-register your card with a US address and try to pay again. Unfortunately, we cannot know all the sites where our cards can be used at. Since you were trying to use the card mostly on UAE websites we would recommend to try Black cards - these cards proved themselves working better on some particular sites to compare to other cards. Moreover, these cards do not need to be registered. And you can use them with any name.

Regarding the card issue, please make sure the merchant where you wanted to make a payment does accept prepaid cards as a payment option, also please pay attention that our cards support AVS and may be declined by some merchants if registered with invalid address.
