I have bought gray card before and…
I have bought gray card before and everything worked out smooth then I bought another one but this time can't be used anywhere. I have asked for refund then they told me it's under FD investigation, then they told me the card has 0$ in balance, but the transaction was made from their side, it says customer service on the history. FINALLY I CAN'T EVEN GET REFUND. EVERYONE BE SUSPICIOUS OF THIS SCAM.... Totally scammm Not Recommended!!

Hello, Dear customer, unfortunately we cannot agree with you. Before issuing a refund a card should be verified in order to make sure the request complies with the refund policy but since your card couldn't be checked the issue was redirected to the FD. It appeared that the entire card balance was spent thus the account got closed hence the card couldn't be used any more. Therefore no refund could be issued either. Unfortunately we do not know where exactly you used the card and what service it was but it definitely was not us. We have thoroughly checked your order. No technical errors have been found in our system. You are the sole owner of the card. And as we see, your card started being used after it had been sold to you. After receiving the card data, the responsibility for storing the card details rests with the buyer. Please be careful and keep your card details in a safe place. We understand how you feel and we would be happy to help you and issue a refund to you but unfortunately no refund can be processed since the card has been used.
