Hi there Jehan, thanks for your review. We of course do not want our customers to have this experience with us. The DNS level integration is actually a huge benefit for publishers, and it’s unfortunate that it’s been seen as a negative aspect of working with Ezoic, especially when DNS level integrations are becoming more and more common. The benefit of integrating at the DNS level is that things are happening server side (before the page loads) rather than client side (after the page loads), which is ultimately much better for the user (and therefore you as well). This also gives you free access to our caching, which works alongside existing caching solutions, which further speeds up the site and provides a better user experience. DNS level integration is our most robust integration method and delivers the best performance. We provide our other integration options for publishers who are hesitant to use the DNS integration, but they may have conflicts. Oftentimes other plugins, especially caching plugins, can interfere with the Ezoic WP plugin and result in reporting errors. There are thousands of publishers using Ezoic’s platform, many for more than 1-2 years, and continue to see growth in both revenue and traffic. Plus, we are a GCPP and we wouldn’t be a part of that program if our solution was providing a negative impact on publisher’s traffic and site health.

Bonjour Alexandre, Cette expérience est mauvaise et absolument pas ce que nous voulons qui se passe pour nos clients. Avez-vous contacté le support pour de l’aide? Nous savons que notre technologie peut être compliquée, mais nous savons aussi que ça fonctionne bien mieux que les compétiteurs dans la plupart des cas. Nous offrons de l’intelligence artificielle, quelque chose que d’autres services similaires n’ont pas. D’ailleurs, notre intégration DNS n’est pas la seule option pour utiliser Ezoic. Bonjour Julien. C'est faux et diffamatoire. Ezoic ne prend aucune commission (0%) sur vos revenus Adsense en étant partenaire Google MCM (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/google-adsense-and-the-mediation-app), et ne prendra aucune commission sur vos revenus Adsense, cela fait parti du partenariat GCPP. D'ailleurs vous pouvez aussi retirer Ezoic de votre Adsense en un clic comme annoncé dans l'article ci-dessus, qui est en ligne, simplement en consultant le support. En ce qui concerne les délais d'acceptation, votre site ne s'est pas fait accepté par Google, nous avons un processus, comme tous les partenaires GCPP, qui est automatisé. Et nous avions mis votre site en liste pour une revue manuelle chez Google que nous ne maîtrisons pas au niveau des délais. Nous sommes vraiment désolés et pouvons comprendre que votre patience ait atteint sa limite, malheureusement nous sommes tributaires des acceptations de Google pour les monétisations. En revanche, pour ce qui est de la médiation, tout est bien indiqué et transparent pour les 0%, même à l'intérieur de votre compte Adsense et vous avez aussi le bouton pour débrancher le Adsense du compte Admanager (c'est simplement ça la médiation, rien de plus).

Hey there, thanks for the note. This scam is completely unaffiliated with Ezoic. We do not and will not hire any freelancers or contract workers. If you have been contacted by someone claiming to work for Ezoic, there are few rules to follow: Ezoic employees only communicate via @ezoic.com email addresses. We do not use gmail or any other emails. REQUIRE that they email you from an @ezoic.com email address. We DO NOT communicate via whatsapp, telegram or similar tools. Again, require emails from @ezoic.com Never pay anyone money to do work – that isn’t how things work. Security deposits, etc are just the way that these people steal your money. Please report this on the platform on which you saw it. Hi there, This negative experience is certainly not what we hope for you to have. This sounds like there was some kind of fundamental error in your setup, and that is exactly what our onboarding specialists are here to help with. We would advise you to reach out to this person to work through these issues. It is of course completely up to you if you want to stay on Ezoic or not, but we can say pretty confidently that Ezoic will nearly always out-earn Adsense if set up properly. A specialist can explain to you why this is, as well as help you resolve any issues. Please reach out to your onboarding specialist again, it will really be worth it! Hi there, Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. Ezoic is a self-serve platform, which can sometimes take some adjustment to understand the technical aspects of things. We see issues with integration often, usually due to some kind of error with the integration, including hosts blocking Ezoic IPs and more. Whatever the case, we have a large range of educational materials about this exact topic to help our publishers solve these issues should they arise. As far as not getting through to support, we provide at least one avenue for every publisher - either 1:1 support tickets, a support community, or for our smaller publishers, Twist. Not hearing back for over 2 weeks is certainly not supposed to happen on our end and it sounds like it was an unusual error.
