So far, great experience. This is my first time with Ad monetization, so I was not with adsense, but the service with Ezoic has been great. It did not impact my traffic negatively, and in 6 weeks I see more revenue than with affiliate marketing. There are many, many, many factors to consider, and I know it is apples and pears, but still, I can only compare to affiliate marketing because that is what I was doing. Still a lot to learn though, but so far I had a good experience. Thank you Lara for your support.

I'm not going to lie: at first I had my doubts if Ezoic was worth a try. I had read some comments in forums and Reddit groups where they usually mention some problems with Ezoic, above all, with the loading time of the ads and the impact that this generates in the performance metrics of the sites; However, I wanted to try it myself, so I finally got around to giving Ezoic a try. The balance after two months working with them is, in general, positive. The aspects that stand out the most are the following: Personalized attention from the Ezoic team. If you have a question there is always someone willing to help you. Support tools that allow you to self-manage ads and other aspects, such as the cache system, the tool for NicheIQ, which is on par in terms of functionality that platforms you pay for. A very complete analytics module, which allows you to measure the metrics to set objectives, measure the "health" of your site and know your audience. Opportunities for improvement: There are so many options that when you are first faced with the Ezoic platform, it can be overwhelming. Perhaps it would be necessary to provide an introduction in the use of the most basic modules of the platform.

very rude and arrogant community support. They dont even care to check or understand the issue. Rejected my site within seconds after 14 days long wait saying bot traffic. I provided full proof against this false allegation but as if they were not willing to accept their mistake and rudely replied and even blocked me from conversation without any reason, any proper explanation. Horrible !

Ezoic has gone above and beyond with how they've helped us grow our display ad revenue. They were extremely helpful in the onboarding, especially our dedicated representative Gavin Batson. We had been turned down by many Ad publishers due to the fact that Google Ad widgets were performing better than they could. When Ezoic told us they could use the top performing Google Ad widgets, and then any Ezoic Ad placements that could perform better, we were willing to give it a try. And it worked! We're very pleased with how our ad display revenue is growing.

Marija Zarembaite contacted me to check if I would like to move from AdSense, and she explained everything in detail. I am a non-tech person, so she tried her best to help me in that aspect as well. I am happy to move to Ezoic as my revenue has drastically increased!

So far so good. I was contacted by Kelly Atehortua. I was with Adsense and moved over to Ezoic. Setup was easy and everytime I needed to contact support were helpful. It's not like I've triple revenue, but income is larger than with Google and customer service is good (while non existent in Adsense).
