They will take your money and then…
They will take your money and then ignore you. They will tell you wait 3-5 business days. They told me this because they said I was in Wisconsin. I said I was in Chicago, Illinois. They then got me a doctor in Chicago on a zoom Meeting. (I later found out they still don’t offer service in Wisconsin so they didn’t tell me when they thought I was in WI that it’s not possible in Wisconsin, only “wait 3-5 days.”). Then the doctor in IL had to give them the Rx and they sent the order to pharmacy. But the pharmacy - Walgreens - later that day said “Adderal not in stock and no idea when in stock due to national shortage”. So I had to call another pharmacy OSCO which said they had it but I had to keep calling ezcare a million times to get them. I have several numbers via VOIP because they ignore your number after the first complaint. I was able to call using 7 different numbers. So before you have the Rx or pay them you would have to know whether your pharmacy stocks Adderal which is declared a national shortage. Then they said I had to wait 3-5 business days - a week - for the doctor to call the other pharmacy. They said 3-5 days then said 24 hours then I was asked “who told you 24 hours?” I said f—- them and wrote this review. Maybe 4 days later I heard from OSCO that my Rx was available. I could have paid my own Dr $90 for office visit (with NO insurance) and $10-20 to OSCO for Rx. It was 20mg and 30 pills. For $195! When I picked up from Osco she said “you were lucky because we ran out.” So if they had ran out before “ez” care had finally sent the Rx to OSCO, then what??? You are shielded from doctor and doctor is shielded from you. They are internet website that most likely find doctors with financial problems (like lack of patients or ongoing practice) to legitimize their operation. I had someone try to fool me - a lawyer - with using my license (without them doing the 3 years of study and extra years and $1000s in expense of licensing exam fees). I reported the guys (who tried to fool me and then use my lawyer license) to FTC and one fled the USA and the other paid $25 million In fines and the consumer victims received back 33 cents on the dollar. Instead of EZcare, Find a local doctor on Yelp or yellow pages and find doctor yourself who can write you the Rx you want. Practicing medicine without a license might be more illegal than selling controlled substances. These people are website marketing experts like ppc and seo and might provide a service but they don’t care how frustrated you are after they have money from debit or credit card. Maybe it’s legal, but what were they going to do if I was in Wisconsin and I had waited for WI doctor? Or what if the Rx to OSCO wasn’t sent in the Nick of time? They sent many reminders about refill coming up when it was only halfway through - so 30 day supply and you want me to pay $175 for follow up after 15-20 days and wait another 10 days for refill and what “3-5 days” for Dr to send Rx to you for you to send Rx to pharmacy that probably won’t have adderal at that time? Ignore their follow up emails with persuasive copywriting and report the credit card charge to bank (if you fell for their bait) as fraud. Call the FTC and report them. Ezcare is actually aggravate and frustrate and make difficult care. Call a bunch of doctors for adderal since you have to call a bunch of pharmacies before with ezcare. My Dr didn’t want to give it but said to see psychiatrist. So find a psychiatrist if you want the Rx. At least you and not “ezcare” can ask his to refill. Or ask him to call a pharmacy that stocks the pills. It should be called difficult care. If you can’t call doctor and pharmacy cannot call doctor, they are just creating a firewall so to speak or acting as a middleman when you should not need a middle man.
