They wil say your appointment will have to be verified, even though you never pick one. If you ask for a refund, they will forward you to the refund department- but no one will be working in that department today. DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE. ALL FAKE REVIEWS.

Struggled with customer care for an inconvenient appointment time, when numerous times showed as available on the website. Dr. Tulani Johnson didn't introduce herself, rudely sped through assessment, and prescribed 14 tablets for 30 days. Waste of money and a horrible feeling. Save your mental health and avoid this place. Edit: A reply two years later, nice. There's not a chance in hell I'd attempt rectifying this based on the experience I already had. Impressively tone deaf.

Stay away!!!!! Scammers...do not use dr Linda may.. she's horrible she claims shee a doctor but will not prescribe medication..if your suffering mentally do not use her shell tell her to use vitamins....also she's very angry ....she told me that I'm getting on her nerves.... don't be a doctor if you'll yell at patients...her license she be revoked!!!

horrible experience! I have now tried to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy for about a month. I do not recommend them unless you don't need a prescription. I suspect they are not using real doctors who are able to prescribe, which is a crime. They are not helpful and I have seen zero action at them making the situation right. I left a review elsewhere, and they are trying to discredit me and flag it as fake and are flooding their page here with fake reviews, specifically calling me out. . Avoid EZCare at all costs. The name should be changed to DifficultCare.

Be aware they say they’ll prescribe stimulant medication for ADHD , but will not . I was taking stimulant medication for 8 months without any side effects or other health problems, stop taking and want to get back taking it , they mislead with they are allowed to prescribe it , and once I paid during the Dr appointment she said she can’t prescribe stimulants only non stimulant med for ADHD.

Don't waste your money on this company! I needed a medicine and during the appointment the doctor told me that she could not prescribe the medicine because it is a telemedicine (however, on the website it says it has the power to prescribe). I really needed the medicine and that was one of the reasons for the appointment but I lost my money. I have already called numerous times and today they told me that I would have to make another appointment and pay again if I want to resolve it. I am very sad and very dissatisfied with the service. On the website it says 100% your money back but it's not like that.

Edit: I had to fight this company for service and then for a refund when those services weren’t provided. Once I wrote reviews to help future patients steer clear, the company finally refunded, called that even and then asked me to remove my review. That’s not how reviews work. Don’t do business with this company. This company is a SCAM. Do not send your money to these people. I did speak to a legit doctor; I was able to research her credentials prior to the appt and felt comfortable moving forward. The Dr isn’t the problem. This “company” is a facade. Once you hang up from your appt, there is NO WAY to get back in touch with the Dr. All calls and email requests are made through the “customer service team” to which you will not get a response. I’ve called three times, sent five emails and my issue still hasn’t even been acknowledged let alone resolved. I wish I had looked at Better Business Bureau before I sent these people money. STEER CLEAR.

Edit: The way ezcarclinic decided to rectify this situation was by flagging my review as fake. Sent screenshots to trustpilot, but since this behavior is actually illegal I will be filing a complaint. Scheduled a tele appointment at 11 and was assigned to an Ashley Hunt Falkner. She never showed up. I emailed (twice) and called. The woman on the phone was kind enough to refund me for the visit. My first email was ignored. But whoever finally responded to the second email, told me to just keep on waiting. No one has time to wait around and hope someone shows up for an appointment they were already ridiculously late for. I have things to do.
