Okay, first and foremost, this service IS NOT a scam. It just requires some patience, just like everything else. You get confirmation of your chosen scheduled appointment between 24-48 hours. I had a doctor randomly selected for me, Dr. Caliegh Rodrigues. I had to reschedule my first appt, and she understood. Customer service was attentive in making sure I got my appt. Dr. Caliegh was very informative and sweet, she listened well and was knowledgeable on my issues. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy by the end of our phone call. Yes the service is expensive but if you are having trouble with doctors not listening to you and prescribing you things you arent looking for, they will. I was VERY skeptical and truly thought I wasted $195 after reading these bad reviews, but they proved me otherwise. Just be patient, and don’t come into it like an impulsive crackhead.

It was reasonably affordable and they were able to get me in to see a doctor the next day. Everyone I communicated with including the doctor was very friendly and outgoing. They took the time to understand what works for me rather than going through “the checklist”. They verified the pharmacy and even sent me a notification saying my meds were ready for pickup. All of this without leaving my office. Would attend another session and recommend to friends/family who need help. Thanks!

I never thought I would need to use a service like this one , but thank God this place exists. I needed help with bad insomnia after having a traumatic experience, unfortunately my PMD and another online provider were no help. The NP who I worked with on this site was so helpful and talked about my sleep aid options and other tips , I was treated with compassion not like I’m crazy for asking for a little relief from my insomnia/anxiety. Thanks again.
