I cannot say enough good things at all about this company I mean if I could give them 8 million every star in the galaxy I would seriously was in a bind I work in the medical field. I am a nurse and I know how efficient is supposed to be treated and myself was neglected by mine previous doctor. I suffer with ADHD since I was 15 years old probably earlier than that but they didn’t recognize it as an illness until 1996. I’m that old. I looked online for doctors around me because it was an emergency situation and I stumbled upon EZ Care. I had heard obviously about how telemedicine is advanced and it’s easier than ever to be seen but I mean this exceeded all of my expectations they paired me with someone and she genuinely showed care. I think I received more compassion from her than my primary care doctor of nine years! It was such a smooth process. I made the appointment online my provider send a text message I was on my virtual appointment on time we spoke. It was very thorough and I was able to pick up my medication in less than one hour for a reason that me that has a busy life and it’s just I was hopeless and then I found EZ Care so so all of you. I will see you next month and thank you so much so so much you have no idea what this means to a person that has his condition is not always understood, and feels like somebody was there for them, and in many ways so from the bottom of my heart thank you.

The personal level of care and customer service offered is very impressive. On the few occasions I have needed assistance I have reached out and an actual person responds and quickly addresses my issue. The doctors I have interacted with have all been caring and compassionate and have done everything possible to ensure the highest possible level of care. I recommend this service to anyone needing telehealth assistance.

Making an appointment is very easy, the doctor was very knowledgeable and patient. It’s a little expensive for my budget, however probably still significantly less than a doctor’s visit in person.
