I thought I bought a car when I sent a cashier check of $8000.00 to these people six month ago. I’m now battling with their lawyer to get my money back. They are just dangerous scammers. Never give them your money.

EZ Auto Auction...Buyer Beware
I have filed a complaint with the IT division of the FBI and following up with the state of Florida tax fraud authorities as EZ collected Florida sales tax and fees on my purchase of a 2005 Bentley Continental GT. The car was purchased and paid in full $22,415.43 it was never received and demand for refund was made by certified mail. To date, since 01/06/2020 no refund or car have been received. I worked wit a person identified as David Senior, General Sales Manager (A factious name for sure) who had excuse after excuse for the delay in receiving the automobile. The Las Vegas address is a mail forwarding location. My check was routed for payment to a JP Morgan Chase Bank account in Indianapolis, Indiana for payment and cleared 01/10/2020. To date I have not been contacted by EZ auto auctions or the FBI regarding my complaint. If YOU are considering doing business with EZ Auto Auctions DON'T This is a scam and they are guilty of committing wire fraud, Internet Fraud and sales tax fraud. Buyer Beware...fore warned is fore armed... do not get taken...Shut these people down and help prosecute those persons involved to the full extent of the law...FBI get off your butts and do your job for America's Consumers.

Considering a Class Action against EZAutoAuction.com
Last summer, I filed a complaint with the Secretary of State’s Office and it is now in the Attorney General's criminal division: Michael Buckman is the in-house counsel in charge of this investigation ( c/o Consumer Protection Division, Office of Attorney General Curtis Hill, 302 West Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 p: 317.233.3977).
In the process, I have discovered this car I tried to purchase was licensed in California and the DMV Investigation Team informed me that there are no records that EZ Auto Auction ever tried to transfer title into my name. In the meantime, I have also been told by AG’s office that they have other people that have joined in this criminal complaint. Feel free to share any progress you have had against this agency, and I will do the same. I have documented all the information I provided above and will be opening a FaceBook page in the near future so we can all share what EZ Auto Auction is up to.
Mr. Buckman said Indiana law states a car dealer has 31 days to deliver title after purchase. If this does not occur, a consumer would need to send a letter demanding title in 10 days (which I sent certified to them in August 2019) and if the title is not received in those 10 days, the consumer would be able to return the vehicle for the purchase price and any costs incurred. They refused to refund me and give me title to a car that I had paid for in full upfront: I paid $17,500 in May 2019 and NEVER receive title for the car they claim that they had sold to me. I honored their 90 day resolution clause in their DocuSign contract, before I acted upon these complaints.
I am now looking for an attorney to represent us in filing a civil case against EZAutoAuction.com (AKA Insurance Auctions, Inc.) in order to retain our rights to a refund. (Please realize there is a stature of limitations issue when dealing with them, so don't wait).
If anyone has already started legal action against them, please let me know at my gmail address: adams340 and I will continue to post updates on this site and other review sites as well.

Its hard to believe that this daylight scam can be going on in the U.S. Pls stay away from this fraud team led by one David and assisted by Dan (Im sure these are just stage names tho). Same lies and deceit pattern ranging from we are waiting for DMV to release vehicle papers to loosing bid but you have wait for 90days to get your money back or wait for a call from upper management.
