Items listed as new are often missing parts, mostly, or wrong item. I ordered about 3 times. One time I waited 1hour 45 min for my order while others came and got their items. I get no reply from emails and they do not answer their phone.

This is a fraudulent and a scandalous enterprise with the sole purpose of scamming unsuspecting buyers. They act all caring and responsible until they get your money, and then your phone calls go unanswered. I purchased a salvaged vehicle in November of 2019, and as at today July of 2021, I still do not have the title to the vehicle. I have been given the run around for two years.

These scoundrels are thieves. They are not trying to sell you vehicles but to take you from the agent to take up to 30% of your fees. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

This company is the worst I have been claiming for two years. money from a car that I buy "Buy it" the person named David who at that time was the "manager" attends me, pressures me to send the money by wire, when the money arrives I ask him to pick up the vehicle and he tells me that the car was sold. Then I take him asking for the money or to use the credit money. Well here I am two years later waiting for the money.

On 01/21/2020, I was asked by Ezautoauction to wire $21,900 in AIA DIRECT INC account for the purchase of a 2018 Ford F-250 SUPER DUTY that was listed in their website as I was in need of the truck. Since then, I never possessed the truck. They failed to deliver the truck after they received my money. According to the contract I signed with AIA Direct inc through EZautoauction, a full refund supposed to be sent back in my account after 90 days if a vehicle wasn't delivered to me. But it had been 6 months ago without any answer from them. I have called several times and left some messages in their voicemails but nobody get back to me. I don't really know who to contact for the refund of my money as I have tried everything but without success. That's why I am asking for your help as my small business is impacted. Thank you

I made a huge mistake using this company. I saw a car I was interested in, paid the premium membership and deposit. Then find out that car and others are long gone even though auctions weren’t even close to starting yet. Terrible website and waste of time. Trying to get some of my money back to go elsewhere

Beware I purchase a car December 2 2019. From Ez Auto Auction the salesman i worked with Andy told me that I will receive my car in 3-5 business days. And I never received the car after getting the runaround January I requested a refund through the manager David so rude so unprofessional he kept telling me it's in the mail he kept telling me I was lucky he was giving me my money back so with that being said I never gotten a refund I had to go through a civil suit 7 months later I just got my money back.

Cheaters scammers please becarful I bout my first car from them then I received the car to UAE Dubai the car completely damaged they mentioned run and drive but car was completely damaged they fixed with glue And I applied to refund my deposit until now they didn't process keep telling waiting refund department then they stopped answering Don't wast your time and lose your money
