My name is ******* ******. On 01/21/2020, I was asked by Ezautoauction to wire $21,900 in AIA DIRECT INC account for the purchase of a 2018 Ford F-250 SUPER DUTY that was listed in their website as I was in need of the truck. Since then, I never possessed the truck. They failed to deliver the truck after they received my money. According to the contract I signed with AIA Direct inc through EZautoauction, a full refund supposed to be sent back in my account after 90 days if a vehicle wasn't delivered to me. But it had been 6 months ago without any answer from them. I have called several times and left some messages in their voicemails but nobody get back to me. I don't really know who to contact for the refund of my money as I have tried everything but without success. That's why I am asking for your help as my small business is impacted. Thank you

I made a huge mistake using this company. I saw a car I was interested in, paid the premium membership and deposit. Beware I purchase a car December 2 2019. From Ez Auto Auction the salesman i worked with Andy told me that I will receive my car in 3-5 business days. And I never received the car after getting the runaround January I requested a refund through the manager David so rude so unprofessional he kept telling me it's in the mail he kept telling me I was lucky he was giving me my money back so with that being said I never gotten a refund I had to go through a civil suit 7 months later I just got my money back.
