The customer service of Eyewear District excels and I very much appreciated how they handled my order. The gentleman went above and beyond when I called about the order for my son and made sure the item was delivered within the given time-frame.

Ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Glasses were delivered quickly and were real Ray Bans. If this were the end I would have given five stars. However, the sunglasses did not fit as I had hoped and returned them 2 days after they arrived. The sunglasses were received by Eyewear District per UPS confirmation. It has been over a month since these were returned. I have called and emailed several times inquiring about my refund and Eyewear District will not respond.

Ordered the brown Dita Freebird but was sent white Dita Mach ones. I wrote an email to them 4 days ago and yet to get a reply. Now this gift will be late. If I still don't hear back from them in a couple more day, I will dispute the charges with PayPal. UPDATE: They contacted me right away after posting this review. I sent the sunglasses back with the label they provided and emailed them for the refund but still haven't heard back in a couple of days. If I don't hear back tomorrow, I will report this business as a scam and will dispute my PayPal charges.
