Review is limited to the order process and shipping as the product has just been received. The order process was quick and efficient. The follow up by EyeQue to advise the order was received, processed and shipped with the tracking information was outstanding. Notice was even provided that the ordered item was in my mail box! Something else was the speed of the delivery from CA to OH with standard shipping. The product was sent on Friday and was received on Monday via USPS! Looking forward to using my EyeQue product with the same expectations as has been experienced with the order processing.

Very difficult to register. After their PVT app finally accepted my registration without crashing, it was time to register my device. The app refused to accept the serial number for my device. Still waiting to see if this thing really works! The company thought I downloaded the wrong app, but they were wrong. I downloaded PVT, which is the correct app for personal vision tracker.

I enjoyed my shopping experience because it was fast and simple. Good job and Thank you!
