I have been trying to process a gift order (14730) for my Fiancé Mohamed Hassan for 3 days and the payment was flagged from the bank stating that the website is not trusted but I unflagged it to proceed with the order. Eyeons asked me for a verification ID along with the credit card picture to send it through their email. However, no company would ever ask for a credit card picture and it’s not safe to do so! I sent them the ID picture to verify the purchase however they asked me to venmo them the amount or else they wont proceed with the order. This is very sketchy and definitely not trusted at all. They didn’t give me other options so I requested cancellations but it’s really a bummer as I wanted the eyeglasses!

An upcoming startup - definitely give them a try! EyeOns is an up and coming startup. They try their best to provide the best services at the best prices possible. They had certain challenges with website updates with shipping durations and with expedited delivery options, and that's something they have taken as a feedback and are working on. Customer service has improved tremendously and for any cases gone wrong, leadership teams are themselves investing time and efforts and going an extra mile for customers. I really appreciate all the efforts being made. Thank you EyeOns!

UPDATED REVIEW: I have changed my rating to 4 stars because since I posted my original review for my frames, I am super impressed with EyeOns Customer Service. I was contacted via email and again via phone to apologize for my problem with the frames and they bent over backwards to search me out and allow me a full refund even though the deadline for refund had passed. Even though the frames did not work for me, I would like to offer kudos to this company for standing by their guarantee of wanting everything to be right on their end. I would also encourage anyone to contact EyeOns if they have any problem whatsoever with their order, they will make it right! Despite ordering the exact frames I had prior, when I got the frames from Eyeons and tried to put my prescription lenses in the frames, the Eyeons frames were too big. The lenses did not fit. I went to my eye dr who also did not understand why the lenses would not fit. The model numbers were exact. By the time I was able to get to my eye doctor to confirm the lenses were not fitting, the 30 days had passed and I could not return for a refund.

Such a difficult time to return a pair of glasses that’s 5 years old and was in my possession for only one day when I realized that it was defected. Horrible experience for a first time buyer. I felt like I was being interrogated or accused of something off the bat.

I received a Survey and don’t quite know how to rate at this point!!!! since the 17 th of November have no updates what so ever . Keep in mind order was made on the 3rd of November and we are the 22nd of November today . I ask a supervisor to look into this asap. These delays with no updates are non sense .
