We deeply apologize for the difficulties you faced but to clarify the picture, the payment verification process is just for security and it is done through the bank through which it is confirmed that the card is used by its owner only. It's recommended to type the right billing address during checkout to avoid any payment verification. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience or confusion this might have caused and thank you for your feedback.

It is an uncommon instance where we do receive defective frames but unfortunately it does happen. We try to correct these situations before shipping the frame out to the customer and that of course creates additional delays.
