Dropshipping cheap products from aliexpress. Don't buy they are copy.

My review is based off of Customer Service. I sent an email about a week ago because I wanted to return my item and no one responded. I’m a little disappointed about that.

Glasses arrived with scratches on the lenses.

An experience that has not been pleasant. Initially submitted online order from Australasia & paid by credit card. Some time later EyeOns contacted me to say by order had been referred to yiour Fraud Dept (???). Checked with my bank & was told mt payment was a straightforward credit card transaction & money paid to you. Still your company persisted & self initiated a refund to me & told be to re-order using PayPal. I did this (apparently item at start of shipping process). Does PayPal incentive pay EyeOns? Eventually I was advised that Eyeons must have a service address - really! I paid by credit card/Mastercard, EyeOns received my payment (I know that because it was refunded) and were provided with a shipping address (my home) - where was the real issue? Why does your web site offer payment by credit card & then not allow the commercial transaction (goods) to proceed. Is this really great customer service to imply your customers are fraudsters? - NEVER happened to me before - anywhere in the world - online or in person. (This is an Oct 2022 experience - don't know the actual beginning point of this)
