UPDATE: I was reached out to by eyeons, and they offered me a discount as a result of my earlier experience, which I appreciate Quality of delivery was great, but there was lack of communication on the status of my order (I had to get the latest status from the store chat, and my email responses were never returned), and it took 3 weeks to ultimately get the item

I placed an order for eyeglasses on Nov 6, 2023 (361.56 CAD). USPS picked up the item on Nov 13. Despite waiting for over one to two months, the delivery was not completed. Due to a shipping issue, the item was returned to Eyeons on Dec 26. Irene from Eyeons processed a refund on Dec 22, which appeared in my credit card account on Dec 27 (350.39 CAD).
Response from EyeOns™Dec 28, 2023
Hello Wilson, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the shipping issue. We appreciate your patience throughout this process. It's reassuring to know that Irene was able to assist you with a refund promptly. If there's anything else we can do or if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We value your feedback and hope for an opportunity to serve you better in the future.

The process of getting my frames online was easeful and the glasses are very pretty but I think they are a little too big for my face, which I think I would have been able to better tell before purchasing them if the online try on tool were more nuanced of higher quality. That is my only criticism.
Response from EyeOns™Dec 6, 2023
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your kind words about our easy online process and the aesthetics of the glasses. We understand your concern about the fit, and we genuinely value your input regarding our online try-on tool. Your insights are crucial to enhancing our services, and we'll certainly consider ways to make the tool more nuanced in the future.
