Lies concerning next day shipping... Ordered my glasses on the 14th, here we are on the 17th and still not shipped. Customer service is non existent. I do not recommend this company. Plenty of other alternatives In reply to their response... Your customer service never answers the phone. NEVER. I only get short responses through email. If the employees at Eyemart express, looked at and treated their customers as fast and responsive as they reply to reviews on Trust pilot, along with actually fulfilling orders same day and shipping the next as promised, then you'd be heading in the right direction!

Fast service & glasses are perfect. I didn't even need to adjust the frames. Lenses are just wonderful. See well and color changes outside. Thank you!

Great place and wonderful people

My in-store experience was very good, I am happy with their professionalism and their eagerness to help find glasses because I am not an easy fit due to having a narrow face, but they managed to find something that looks good. And when I received them they were perfect.

I really love the frame selection and prices. The only negative thing I have is, if they are having a sale online, you cannot use your insurance.

If you value your time do not schedule an eye exam with them now that Dr MacArthur is gone. They are using digital exams and doctors. When I called, she explained the process to me told me it was really quick blah blah blah... and since I am really desperate to get new glasses I went ahead and decided to give it a chance. Humongous mistake! I have a rather unique situation and explained I could not sit up for any real length of time and I needed to get in and out. Whoever I was on the phone with gave me all kinds of assurances on how easy and fast this process was. LIAR!!! Having an appointment gets you in the door with the on-site Tech and since I was the first patient of the day I don't know if that's usually on time or not but she did take me back immediately. She was also slower than molasses in winter with the exams she did on site. Other than that you have to wait for them to assign a refraction tech and an optometrist. These are assigned AFTER the local tech finishes what she does. She told me that sometimes you get somebody immediately and sometimes you have to wait. She got a message saying there was a delay in assigning a refractive Tech but would not tell me how long the wait would be saying usually not long. I left!!!

I have not gotten my glasses yet but I appreciate the help I received online withe the problem that i had.,
