So far so good, everything done online. Haven't received my glasses yet

Just got glasses for my 3 year old who did not want glasses at all. Henrietta NY store was incredible. We went in over a week ago to try on some glasses and my daughter wasn’t having it. Staff was wonderful, specifically Dee and Danielle. After some time of prepping my daughter we went back in today and were able to order some. Everyone was wonderful again and helped my daughter to corporate by giving frozen stickers and telling her how cool her new hot pink glasses are. She has been wearing them with no argument since we got home which is hours now! I cannot thank them enough!!! Amazing experience for little kids!

My father is in a nursing home in a wheelchair, unable to walk, use his hands or be transported in any capacity. I took his prescription and broken old pair of glasses into the Overland Park store and they refused to help my situation in any capacity. They required him on site, which is impossible. It would’ve been nice to get a little more empathy and help through a solution. Disappointing.

They are awesome, got my glasses in 8 minutes...the staff are super sweet and extremely helpful. Thank you yall are great.

Henceforth, Eyemart is our family to go store for all our eye glasses. Their professionalism, understanding patient and attention to customer is something to emulate. I am so placed the way the College station staff attended to me. She make sure I left the store with my glasses. And it took them just 28 minutes to get my glasses ready
