I called the store in Bangor
I called the store in Bangor, Maine to get some technical assistance on a Saturday. I was so impressed by the service from the person that answered the phone and also the technical person. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and timely. If your glasses are half as good as your staff, I will be a customer for life!

After ordering my glasses, it isn’t clear when they will arrive. I normally go to the store but only one pair of glasses and they only has coupons for buying 2

Hello Marilyn. We use USPS as our shipping partner, and sometimes there is a delay with tracking updates within their system. So even when a package has been picked up for shipping, you may not be notified immediately, but rest assured we’re working as fast as we can to get your order to you as soon as possible and will keep you in the loop on its progress. Premium lenses not very ‘premium’
Ordering was easy and glasses arrived quickly, but for being ‘premium lenses’ they aren’t easy to clean and scratched very quickly even with proper care. I have another pair from a different company which I’ve had for much longer and have had no issues with those.
