Excellent Value
Very pleased with the quality, accuracy of prescription and quick turnaround of my glasses order. Purchased as a second pair, but they seem to actually be better quality with better vision properties than those I bought at the local optician for over three times as much (these were purchased on-line at special price break of 50% off).

Beware Online orders are difficult to swap in store
The smooth transition of getting an online order corrected or updated via the love it or exchange it policy is not there. It was painstaking.

Love my glasses!
This was my second order in the past few weeks. I loved my first glasses so much that I jumped on the July 4th sale and ordered sunglasses in the same frame just in a different color. The glasses are perfect and the packaging and shipping were fantastic!

Poor operations and notifications
On July 11, I received an email indicating that my order was ready. On July 12, I arrived at the store to pick up. The associate said that they broke the frame when installing the lenses. I asked if they could just swap out the broken frame with the same frame on the shelf. She said no because I ordered online. Then the manager came up and said they were out of that frame and would have to re-order. It will take 5 -7 days to get them in. Whatever the reason, I should have received a call or email saying that the initial notification was incorrect and the order was not ready - please do not come. Instead I wasted an hour driving to the store and I will have to repeat the process again next week.
