Today I went to inquire about a pair of glasses that would be covered by my insurance and the young lady helped me out with such grace. The staff was very helpful and professional and my glasses were done in nine minutes. 👌 👏 Thank you now I can see again.

I went to Eyemart Express Store #30 and Angie was incredibly helpful. I was so very nervous and distraught about not having glasses and having to wait to get them.. She quickly assured me that she would do everything in her power to resolve my issue. In the end she did resolve it. I have NEVER met anyone so professional yet so very kind at the same time.. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE

I ordered my glasses online because it was a great offer. My order was done very quickly and shipped to me. Unfortunately, I did not notice that I ordered the frame with nose pads. Usually, I do not have them. I went to the nearest office, in Boise, and they kindly agreed to exchange my glasses for new ones. My new glasses were ready in 46 minutes! A huge Thank you to the company and the staff for being so accommodating and understanding. I've been getting my glasses done with this company for many years and wouldn't trade them for another one. THANK YOU!
