When I thought I had not yet received…
When I thought I had not yet received the glasses after a couple of weeks (they were in the mailbox, silly me), I answered an e-mail I had been sent, and asked why I hadn't received them. I received and immediate, and very polite response, saying it showed they had been sent. I appreciated the quick response, and the polite, courteous attitude.

Bright, funky glasses
I love my bright, funky glasses! They aren’t flimsy and the colours Are Good. They were well wrapped. So good value for money too. Only downside was that the delivery was very slow. However Eyekeeper customer service were very helpful and we managed to find that they were stuck with Royal Mail for a few weeks. Arrived in the end and I love them!

The glasses I ordered never showed up
The glasses I ordered never showed up. Ann said she would help however she did nothing and now I am out over 50 bucks and no glasses . Feel like there a scam honestly. They keep saying it was delivered when they know for a fact it wasnt. They wont take responsibility for not shipping it .

I got the cat eye glasses
I got the cat eye glasses, that were supposed to be transion lenses, the only thing right was the magnification, and they were lightweight, but would have been great if they turned dark in the sun, as the ad described.

Please allow us to introduce Transition Photochromic Reading Glasses to you again: Transparent lenses in the door, it will be change to gray color in the sunshine within 10 minutes. You can try again, the lens will change color after about 10 minutes outdoors.

Took an age to come and hardly go…
Took an age to come and hardly go darker at all. Buy from the uk in future Reply from firm was wrong I bought transition NOT reading glasses - they can’t even get that right!

Sorry, we checked your order, you bought ordinary reading glasses, the lenses will not be darkened.

Update ! I recently posted a negative review due to return shipping costs. I am changing my review to positive. After, several emails with the company. I have now received a refund at no cost. In addition to a 20% discount on future purchases. Well done Eye keeper !
