Ich habe meine Brille am 23.8. bestellt und in der Packet Verfolgung gesehen, dort wurde eine Karte angezeigt, das sie aus China geliefert wird und seit dem 27.8. geht der Versand bisher nicht weiter, nun guckte ich mi4 die Webseite Mal an und fand nicht Mal ein Impressum, wo draus hervor geht, woher das Unternehmen stammt, was ich fand das Retouren zurück in die USA gehen sollen und das bei selbstbezahlten Versandkosten. Beim Lesen der Bewertungen bin ich auf meine Brille gespannt

purchased multiple pack of reading glasses and, well, I guess you get what you pay for ... Placed order, received email the next day asking me to confirm the order before that shipped which was odd .. then took 15 days to arrive and two of the pairs have one broken arm .. would recommend paying a bit more and selecting a UK based company, was not clear they make and ship all orders from china! To be fair they processed a refund for me and the customer service was good.

I really should learn to check companies like this properly. Had I known the glasses were coming on a slow boat from China I wouldn't have ordered them. They're Frustratingly clever in hiding that fact. I think it should be made plainly obvious. I ordered nearly a week ago and my order hasn't even made it to the UK yet according to the tracking.

Took an age to come and hardly go darker at all. Buy from the uk in future Reply from firm was wrong I bought transition NOT reading glasses - they can’t even get that right!

The items come from China so will take 7 days or longer. This is not pointed out until your order is placed. Glasses are solid, soft nose pads, spring sides which will expand outwards and thick lenses. Do not feel heavy.

At the outset it seems like they’re going to give you good info about delivery but as it turns out no they do not. It’s not so much when they arrive as the lack of information,the tracking information they send simply doesn’t work it seems others have had the same experience not so much as an estimated time of arrival very annoying.

They are OK for an emergency but thats it. I was using a pair at work to draw a line on some wood to cut...glasses made it impossible as the lense was warping everything...probably bad for your eyes i imagine. Also the polarization is cheap and badly done. would not buy from them again.
