I ordered progressive readers and it has taken a week so far - still waiting!! For the price I should have purchased locally on the high street. Seems from other reviews they are being shipped all the way from China - not sustainable at all - so they should remove this claim from their website... I would NOT recommend.

Like other reviews I have been waiting weeks. No customer service response from the chat bot. Tracking says arrived in the UK 'sortcation' weeks ago so why are they not delivered here?

Had I known the glasses would be coming from China seemingly via carrier pigeon (it's taken nearly a week to get from China to Hong Kong) I wouldn't have bothered. I bought from another UK based supplier and had my glasses 2 days later, will be refusing delivery of these when they turn up which might be by Christmas.

Have ordered 3 sets of glasses, did keep one set. Wanted to send the two back, but guys offered to leave them to myself and fully refunded me for the two sets. At the end I gave the glasses away to my ukrainian friends (refugees) and was asked to thank the eyekeepers)) My emails were answered promptly throughout the process, five stars to customer service. Glasses itself good quality for the price, so overall good experience, thanks))

My Eyekeeper order arrived after about 7 working days following my payment to a company called Eyekepper, very quick considering it was shipped from China. Their website has a good range of products, and they seem to have offices everywhere, so I was surprised my spectacles were not dispatched from their local Edinburgh branch. I am pleased with the style of the Progressive Multifocal Reading Glasses Blue Light Blocking (MR005N). They are good for reading and computer work. However, I have to take a star off for some side-to-side distortion when using for distant viewing and no obvious warning of the extended delivery time.

Another website pretending to be in the UK. They are not, they are based in China and I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive! They should make it more obvious that deliveries can take weeks!

These glasses are amazing for the price. I bought a 3 pack for £13 +postage. I've just bought another for a friend. They took a while to come but I expected that from their communication. I stopped getting expensive ones after the dog chewed 2 prescription pairs so these are ideal. Great company and no problems.

Excellent products at really reasonable prices, delivered in 3 days. My experience with this company is 5 star, wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. I have recommended them to friends and family.👍😊🤓
